1. Services

Dragon Moving ("Company," "we," "us") provides professional moving services in Los Angeles, Irvine, and throughout California. By requesting a quote or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on actual move conditions including but not limited to: number of items, access difficulties, stairs, elevators, parking, and distance. A binding written contract will be provided before your move date.

3. Booking and Cancellation

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit.
  • Cancellations made 72+ hours before the move receive a full deposit refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the move may forfeit the deposit.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Liability and Insurance

Dragon Moving is fully licensed and insured per California state requirements. Basic released-value protection (60 cents per pound per article) is included at no charge. Full-value protection is available for an additional fee — ask your move coordinator for details. We are not liable for items not disclosed prior to the move, pre-existing damage, or items packed by the customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure parking and building access is arranged in advance.
  • Disclose all items requiring special handling (antiques, artwork, electronics).
  • Be present or have an authorized representative at pickup and delivery.
  • Ensure items are accessible and pathways are clear on move day.

6. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport hazardous materials including:

  • Flammable liquids (gasoline, propane, paint thinner)
  • Explosives or firearms
  • Perishable food items (for long-distance moves)
  • Plants (for interstate moves per state regulations)

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A fuel surcharge may apply for moves exceeding 50 miles.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication with our management team. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with applicable state law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
